“I always felt heard and understood by Mu Ying. I appreciate how she doesn’t show any judgement even when I share unclear or embarrassing details of my thoughts and experiences. I like how she prompts at the right time, clarifies any unclear thoughts in my mind and keep a record of everything I’ve said in the present and past. Finally, there’s always a summary near the end of the call to new learnings or insights discovered by myself through the session and most times some feasible goals that I can work on before our next session. ”
